MASACC Forms - Click on the name of the item to access the document.

Dash Card
- This card is meant to be placed on the dash of your car at car shows,
Cruise Ins, etc. When filled out it identifies you as being a member
of MASACC and then helps the causal observer identify the year of
your car. The for is a PDF file -- merely download to your computer
and print. The form is in color; however, when we print these for
distribution within the club we'll do them in black & white.

Business Cards
- This card is to be handed out to prospective new
members for SACC or SACC/MASACC. It provides the information
necessary to get someone pointed towards membership. The card file
is a Word document -- it is set up to be printed on Avery 2" x 3.5"
business cards -- (Avery # 8377). Merely, download the file and
bring it up in Word -- be sure to have the proper card stock in your
printer. Again, these cards are in color but the cards we distribute
will be black and white.
